Our Approach

  • Plan a yearly calendar for data collection campaigns to engage consumers online and offline and collect data.
  • Create campaigns for brand, product, Beauty Advisors, special occasions as well as smaller always on campaigns.
  • From strategy to creative messaging and execution, we launched several campaigns to incentivize customers to share their data.
  • We launched Bioderma’s Online Eczema Community and created a campaign page – including design, content and produced over 30 films with Doctors to support the community.
  • Developed the campaign key message & key visuals around the brand, packaging concepts, create in-clinic and in-store banners and engagement tools, gameify the data collection process, build and engage the community.
  • The campaigns ran across multiple channels – both online and offline, to reach a wide audience.
